Cancellation Policy: Purchases are 100% refundable provided a cancellation request is submitted by customer before shipment of purchased merchandise. Cancellation requests may be emailed to us at cancel@patio-star.com. Purchases are not cancellable after shipment of purchased merchandise to customer has begun as determined by issuance of a tracking number for customer purchase.
